I was doing same thing but then cut back to having bad days fri night and saturdays....then after i got used to that i cut back to going out to dinner friday nights and watching the rest of the time. It gave me something to work for all week. It eventually got to where i could go out and eat whatever i wanted friday nights…

egg beaters! When i have had a bad weekend and need to drop a few fast pounds i will eat fresh fruit for lunch oatmeal for breakfast and egg beaters with veggies chopped in for dinner all week and can drop 2lbs fast and get back on track.

I am 5 10 too and started at a size 12 jean and 182.6lbs.... i am now 154lbs and just bought some 8 jeans.....

Keep journaling every bite you take!! The weight will go away!!! The only exercise I do is walk my dogs for 30 mins a day!!! And am now only 6 pounds till gal weight! You CAN DO IT!!! Good Luck!!
