I obsess over knowing how many calories I'm eating in everything. I know generally how many calories are in the things I eat regularly, but if I have something new, I must know while i'm eating it or after...

I usually listen to up beat, popular music during my jogs, (I don't normally) Songs like, Moves like jagger, what doesn't kill you, we are young.. etc :) Keeps me motivated.

I am 5"5 and I currently weigh 155 pounds, and heading for 130 ish :)
