Warm Canadian Winter Fruit Salad

Just sharing a new recipe I recieved from a friend today.... (Serves 4 people).
Ingredients: 1 tsp soft margarine
1 tsp maple syrup
1 large apple
1 pear
Directions: ~ Peel apple and pear, cut into 8 wedges
~ In a nonstick frying pan, melt margarine over medium heat
~ Add maple wyrup, swirling to coat pan
~ Add apple and pear wedges. Cook for 2-3 mins per side, turn to brown lightly on both sides
~ Serve with vanilla or plain yogurt, sprinkle with the options of dried cranberries, raisins, or chopped nuts
