When I was in my early teens this use to happen to me, my doctor told me it was just due to low blood pressure(I had fainted a couple of times but mostly just lightheadedness). Like another person said, standing up slowly can help.

If you're just refilling a dasani water bottle from a vending machine type bottle you should consider getting a glass/stainless steel water bottle. Those single serving bottles aren't meant to be reused and will leak more chemicals into your water.

Carbs are a good source of tryptophan which is the essential amino acid needed to form serotonin. Low serotonin = depression/mood disorders. I use to get dizzy standing up a lot when I had low iron. I'm not sure it's related though, it might also be low blood pressure.
