I agree on the frozen. If you have a costco (or i think in the states in Sam's Club??) the frozen fruit is a good price too. I recently bought a giant bag of pineapple and just pack in frozen in my lunch and its thawed out by the time I want to eat it. All the berry mixes are really good for smoothies too.

Small sample size alert. Lets not jump to conclusions on ****ty research. " Also, mixed-weight couples who ate together often reported more conflict than those who didn't. But couples had less conflict when the overweight person reported feeling the partner was supportive of their efforts to exercise and eat a healthy…

It's untrue that people want PhDs and not MAs. A lot of places don't want to pay to have a PhD on staff if they can get away with someone at the Master's level.

untrue, as long as you're at a calorie deficit you will lose.

I'm 5'6, 24 years old, 172lbs and I eat a minimum of 1600 cals (My BMR) per day up to about 2000 depending on exercise. I've been losing about a pound per week.

I live in an old building too with creaky hardwood floors, I have an area rug and then an exercise mat and it's not so bad. I've never gotten a complaint about it anyways...You eventually find spots in the floor that are quieter. I've been able to do the 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30, not any of those crazy jumping videos…

But it would most likely be an overestimation, correct?

Just asking because this "People should be more concerned with the overestimation of HRM calories for anaerobic exercise, which is a legitimate concern, considering how many people use them for circuit training and HIIT and weightlifting." was said in another thread.

When I was a kid my mom gave me a bowl of grapes to eat off the vine and a huuuuuge spider crawled out of it. Ends up it had a nice little nest going on in the grape vines. I still don't really like eating grapes unless I've thoroughly inspected them.

If it was 9lbs in the first week a lot of it was probably water weight but if you continue to lose at that rate, then you probably do need to eat more.

Do you mean that you plan on eating 1200 calories per day and burning off 1200 calories per day through exercise? Because that would be incorrect.

Lots of chefs also put egg yolk into their mashed potatoes to make them extra creamy. Also cream not milk is often added.
