How many reps should I do of max weight I can lift? Or should I just do them til I can't anymore?

I agree! Or the one where you have to jump in the plank position. Ouch! For some reason my knees will just not let me do lunges well. Does anybody else have this problem? If so, what do you do for it?

I have been sitting in the hospital with my elderly grandma for the last 2 days. Unfortunately I haven't had time to exercise :(. When I get back to it I am going to start Level 2!!!

Did L1 D6 early this morning and I think I will go up to level 2 now. I did advanced versions on all the exercises and felt fine. I guess I will see how my body feels in the am!

It has been hard today there are treats everywhere! I did Jillian twice yesterday and will probably do one tonight. I haven't been to the gym since I started though. I am pooped out an sore so I don't know how I could do more. What about you guys ? Anybody doing gym also??

Yes stairs and going from standing to sitting or vise versa! Hopefully the rest of the 30 won't feel this way!! Although at least I know I'm working these muscles!!!

Day 2 week 1 for me. I was going to make today a rest day as I could barely get out of bed. But once I got up and going I made myself do it. This is hard and only week one! I'm scared of the other 3 weeks!!

Okay guys, just wore mine on the treadmill for ~10 minutes. ((I am going back on the treadmill, but the laundry needed rotated)). Anyways, in that 10 minutes, HRM says I burned 95 calories and treadmill says I burned 40 calories. MFP says I burned 32 calories. So the HRM has got to be way off right? Mine is the FT7 and…

Could be. My mom cut sodium (mostly) out of her diet and lost 20 lbs. Not watching calories at all.

I wish my gym had a bike that feels like a bike. If that makes sense. The only ones they have are the sitting back with your feet in front of you kinds. I like to feel like I'm on a real bike and pretend I'm biking somewhere other than inside!

Oh I didn't believe I was really burning that much! I guess I just assumed that you could wear it and it would give you an accurate calorie count for whatever. I will try it next time I go to the gym. How much do you have to be working out? Will it be accurate on activites like weight lifting where your heart rate isn't…

Are you clenching your fists or holding them on a specific position? If so you might be pinching your nerve. Be sure to stretch fully after a short warmup. How long is your pinky numb? Does it stop shortly after running? Does it hurt?
