  • Um, chocolate and olive oil are loaded and easy to eat/add to things.
  • Sounds like fun, but probably not many. Look up bouncing on a trampoline and its probably less than that.
  • I always over guess on my calories. Did it taste really good? Was it greesy? Was it cheesey!? Loaded? If so then go for a higher calorie one. Unless it tasted like a lean cuisine pizza, stear clear of those box lunch ones.
  • Doesn' Lane Bryant have some cute things? CJ Banks can kind of be older looking, but I still see cute stuff in there when I go.

  • If it were me, I'd log something at Quiznos. Unless it was like regular bread, I would type in sliced bread, pick one then tuna salad and guesstimate if you had half a cup or what.

  • Thanks guys. @Denise - I didn't know they sold whey by itself. Wonder why plain whey would cost so much and. Whey with extra stuff costs less lol?! I am actually out of town and near a health food store, I'll check it out!

  • I sometimes use my fist instead of a tennis ball. It seems to work! But I would recommend stretching in whichever way you can to pull that area out...

  • At the end of Stage 1, I had switched to a bench press seat, which was rather high. I had to drop my weights for a bit, but worked them back up. Before that, I was using the lower step of the stairs, and it was not high enough.
