Eating all natural? Does it work for you?
Does anybody else eat all natural? I'm trying to watch labels, specifically ingredients and if there is something I don't know what it is, I won't get it. So far I have done this for about a week. What's up with protein powder?
I am looking for a protein powder that doesn't have sugar or sugar substitutes in it. Is there a way (lol whey) to just get the protein without all the "other stuff"?? Trying to go all natural here. Any suggestions? BTW I try to get 100g or more daily as I lift!!

I love this protein powder! I have tried a few, chocolate is good as is cappuccino. I recently bought vanilla and it's not great! What are your favorite flavors? I'm interested in trying some of the fruity flavors, but dont want to get a dud again!!
