Eating all natural? Does it work for you?

Does anybody else eat all natural? I'm trying to watch labels, specifically ingredients and if there is something I don't know what it is, I won't get it. So far I have done this for about a week. I like it but I'm wondering how everybody else makes it work in their everyday life. Eating out works or no? I kind of miss pop a little! Tell me your all natural / "clean" eating stories. I am also open for friend requests, btw!
