Funny thing is I just started back today after 3 - 4 months away. I felt the same way you did and now I've gained back the majority of what I lost. Best of luck to you, hopefully we all reach our goals!

You are not alone!

$100 - $120 an hour at the artists' descrection where I live.

I think the momentum of his body plus landing awkwardly caused the break. Two years ago I was jumping in a forward direction and landed a little funny and broke my ankle. It was not even close to as bad as Kevin Ware's but it didn't take much to break. Hope he makes a full recovery.

Feel free to add me, I added new friends a couple weeks ago and it's been a great experience so far. I feel like just seeing what others are doing helps motivate me even more.

Nothing yet and you can see what I've lost below... Guess I need to hit the 20 mark!
-
Well done! I'm looking forward to my before and after pics to show that much hard work.
-
I would have gone with Batman hands down but since he doesn't have super powers I'll go with Captain Planet. Always loved that show growing up.
-
Thanks for all the pics everyone, I have so many ideas to try new things.

I play the guitar however, once kids came along I've began neglecting it. I like most genres of music so I would just learn what I was listening to at that time. Really need to start playing agian...

Feel free to add me, I still have 20 to go!

I'm not a stay at home mom but I do have two children (13 and 7), feel free to add me.

I'm always open to give and receive motivation. Feel free to add me!

I'm 5'11" however I would like to get back to my early 20's weight of 175. At my heaviest I was 211, I lost some weight prior to MFP then lost more once I joined. Over the course of a few months I lost a total of 18 pounds but I got a little too comfortable and ended up gaining 13 pounds back. I've since refocused on…

Chicken, bacon, ranch pizza and a Red Hook IPA. Actually, a lot of Red Hook IPA's! :drinker:

Adventure time is good but I'm a huge Regular Show fan!

I have a coffee maker on my desk so that I can brew when I want, it works out pefectly for me.

I used Firefox a while back but went to Chrome when it came out. IMO uninstall Firefox and install Google Chrome.

Born and raised a KY fan. Still pull for UL and IU though, well depending on who they are playing :)

Raised in Louisville, KY now living in New Albany, IN GO CATS!

I was hoping they would come out during the shoot out and prove that they would be loyal and valuable to the team. Oh well...
-
It made it seem like they left but never said where they went. I hope they come back because Tyrese is a beast.
-
So, who's the next "major" character to go? I'm going with Merle.
-
That and the CDC, they actually had hot showers there.
-
I was thinking the same thing.. they usually hit everything on the first shot (with handguns) yet they can't hit anything with high power rifles? Makes no sense.
-
Agreed in regards to Maggie. I actually think she's the best looking of the whole group and she seems to becoming a bada$$ walker killer.
-
Yes I think she is pretty but then again, I'd have to see her without her make up on... speaking of that, it's nice that during a zombie apocalypse there is apparently an abudance of make up and a shortage of soap and shampoo. I'd image the whole group is pretty funky because I've never seen a stick of deoderant laying…

I think the short talk with Hershel and the Zombie Bomb may have helped Rick snap out of it, or at least I hope it did. I think there will be some drama with Merle joining the group but in the end I think he'll change his ways and then end up sacrificing his self in order to save someone on the team (maybe Glen) so that…
