Thanks! I know this. I am looking to understand the reasons behind fat collecting in this area & why it is so stubborn.

I like the EAS chocolate protein with 1/2 milk 1/2 water - tastes like a milkshake!

I was thinking of doing this exact thing with the veggies and fries! And I guess I feel like eating any less-than-whole food is cheating haha.

No, I am not tracking my weight. A few years ago I became obsessive. Now, I don’t even own a scale. I guess my next question is: Is there any way I can lose this weight quickly? I’ve been eating better and working out for about a week and notice no changes :(

Yes. I will make one revision to my earlier post: I did stop working out for ~1 month. But I’m still having trouble believing that I gained this much!

Count me in! I need the most motivation I can get.

Greek yogurt and fruits are good. Some of my other favorite snacks are low fat cheese sticks, popcorn (you can buy 100 cal mini bags!), carrots & hummus, almonds, bananas w/ peanut butter, Lara bars... there are endless possibilities! If you want to know if a snack at your grocery store is healthy, just look it up on…

I use Fooducate to determine what foods are OK. I am a huge fan of frozen meals cause they're great for school/work. My favorites are Evol teriyaki chicken, Amy's burritos, and Amy's light & lean spaghetti. You can find them in the freezer section for $2-$4 and they're organic, all natural ingredients.

not religiously. I log my food more than my exercise because for some reason I feel like MFP isn't accurate w/ calories burned.
