Firstly, I would say that it's not been long enough and secondly, are you drinking enough water / low calorie squash during each day? Quite a lot of your diary items look quite salty or they're processed, which can affect water retention.

So...if you don't eat your exercise cals and have a spike day once a week, surely this is the same as eating your exercise calories throughout the week to ensure you don't dip? *confused*

I agree the exercise calories shown on this site are on the generous site. I use a Polar RS300X HRM and deduct the background calories. So this isn't the problem :-(

Hi there. Sounds like me too. I've been losing weight using another online system and I've dropped from size 22 to size 12, but I'm back up to size 14 and needing to tone and lose about 12-15 pounds. Toning is definitely on my agenda again :-)
