that was the way I thought, no offense to anyone here because was not ment to be, but I am competitive person and I set my mind to winning and passing others on the ladder up. I treated it like a game and it worked, I tricked myself into doing it by turning into a game and I like to win games !

Thats what I have for breakfast , bowl oatmeal and 3 egg whits with 1 whole egg scrabbled, and tall glass of water ! and Im good till lunch. But if your hungry have a little snack, some carrots, celery something like that.

Thanks for the replies , Tomarrow is weight training so will see where I'm at. I normally run first thing but I switched to something else. I ale worked 2 reps on my Triceps before bench pressing ( which is where I had the most problem) so will bench first. Maybe will help.

I dont like the way they handle their biz, but it isn't gonna stop me from eating meat. You need meat, protein, it is good for your body. However ......... I may not be very experienced in this part of what to do, but I found something that really helps me out quite a bit. I drink a glass of water before I start eating and a glass or 2 during eating and this really gets me full. I also double my veggies and eat them first then to the meat and sides. Not sure if will help ,but…

use moisturizer before you go to sleep at night will help.

Part of not using a hrm is the blissful ignorance of thinking u burned more than u really did. Besides that kettlebells are pretty expensive also, I rather get them as they would help then do more harm like a hrm .

I started on 7/19/10 at 330 pounds when I started doing something to correct it. I think was about 320 when I found MFP and started using it am down to 276.2 today. Total loss is 54 pounds But I been burning 1k calories a day in exercise.

oh yea it is , I just bought one for 20 bucks in walmart. I have to say Im big dude, so my idea of 8 0z is a lot different than the scales 8 oz. Even with Grams it is a big help. Ofcourse, I will say this ,once I retrained myself on portion size, I will stop using the scale ,but it is very useful to me.

Either all in or all out 50/50 usually don't work , drinking gin thats like 65 calories a shot, I assume your doing this at night after dark, so your not being very active. Once you really commit to this 100 percent you get motivated, the more you lose, the more it motivates you. keep at it you will get there !
