Hi I just purchased my force 2 weeks ago and didn't know a recall was going on. I have no rash from wearing it all day a night and love it! I just started on day 2 tomorrow I have a polar F4 it helps to tract the calories. This is very hard but love the fact that it will get us in shape in 60 days????if we follow it. Add me if you want some support - I know I need it - thinking about how sore my legs already feel .I must remind myself dig deep

I have chocolate mix with tablespoon peanutbutter and 1/2 banana and 1 c. Almond unsweetened milk The vanilla I also do the plain Greek yogurt and berries Both are very good

:smile: Happy to say I bought my off amazon yes it was cheaper but came with schedule and book no problem with anything. So you can purchase it where ever as long as your happy with it. Amazon also has a 30 day policy if your disc don't work- I called to make sure it was returnable it anything went wrong. ...Good Luck!…

I also just started 2 days ago and it's tough. I do push ups on my knees for now I can only do a few on my toes. The pull ups hopefully some day. But so far I like it. I also go to the gym 3 days and do a cycle class. I have done cycle for awhile now, so I purchased p90x for some upper body workout. I do not do the diet…

Good luck on your journey. Just remember it takes time , never give up! You can do it! Even on not so good days it's ok you have the next day-to keep going.
