Awesome job!
I've been at my goal weight since September. It feels weird to be at the weight I want to be. I've struggled with whether or not to set a new goal weight simply because it seems like the thing to do. I am working on toning a lot now.0 -

Good job . Way to go. That is smart to stop when you are at your goal and just maintain what you have. Congrats0

Way to go! Now that you have reached your goal, how will you maintain? I'm not sure what to do once I've reached goal. Does anyone have a way to achieve maintenance?0

I can't believe how amazing you look. It's been such a wonderful journey watching your transformation and following you along the way. You've got every right to be so proud of all of your accomplishments. Know that you are an inspiration for so many out there just starting their journey and even those of us who are well on our way.

My weight loss journey only began 2 1/2 months ago and I still have a ways to go, so I find your story so motivating and inspiring. I'd cry too! From the bottom of my heart, congratulations!0

Thank you for all the comments...
Now, I will be focusin' on gainin' muscle weight...! I still look to much of a 'crackhead' to skinny, accordin' to my beachbody coach...I am okay, with her tellin' me that. She knows what she is talkin' about.
I will be doin' a whole different mealplan from now on - to build up my muscles. It's a new experience for me right now - so I don't have much answers to give at this time.
I am just baskin' in my glory of my weight loss journey is OVER..!0 -

Power 90 and P90X...it's on her signature...she's my TEAM BRING IT! partner and I am so proud of her...2/3 of the way for me, but I am catching up quick.
P90X IS the real deal...as long as you put the work in, keep pushing play, and do your best and forget the rest, and eat clean, you get results.0 -
WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!!! MAKES MR KNOW THERE IS HOPE!!!!0

I have been pretty much maintaining my weight since September. I've been through the holidays, a stress fracture in my hip, bulging disc in my spine due to a fall and a horrible wisdom tooth extraction. All put me on pain meds and kept me out of the gym. Except for a few pounds gained from water retention while on the pain meds, I have been at this weight since then. I know now that I can maintain without being able to go to the gym regularly (I know how to adjust my food). I know how to maintain while only being able to go 3 days a week. Basically, I started at 1700ish and found that was too low. So, I upp'ed it until I maintained the weight and ate enough food. It is trial and error -- just like losing weight is.
I've recently started doing weights again to tone up.0 -
