  • I didn't have a coke habit, but my wife and I quit smoking 2 years ago. Any addiction is a challenge. As far as a replacement for the coke try La Croix sparkling water with Mio flavoring in it. It hits the spot for something sweet, and adds to the water total for the day.

  • Good for you for asking the question. You may not get the answer you are looking for, but it is nice to see a point of view from someone else.
