  • If I were to lose 200lbs I'd be dead! XD I'm trying to lose at least 100-105 lbs over a year, so I'm hoping a steady decrease will cause loose skin to tighten up on its own. Also, COCOA BUTTER LOTION. My sister swears by Palmer's Cocoa Butter--the kind that pregnant women use for their stretch marks. I've been using it…
  • Thank you, everyone! I usually do push myself to go all out on the runs, so if I'm getting exhausted it's my own darn fault and not the program itself. I'll slow it down, and do week 1 again next week, and tell you all how it went by editing my original post. :) And I intend to run a 5k once I'm able to complete this…
  • I am 5'2 and currently weigh 221. I started out at 227, the highest I've been (I hit around 225 in my freshman year of college). I've been able to get down to about 205 before, but it's never stuck. I tend to be lazy, even though I'm now trying like mad to get myself to be more active. I'm on week 2 of my restart (I…
  • I'm just like this, too! Oh, and how I hate it...I have the fluffy upper and the fluffy lower, which makes my bellybutton look like some strange alien smile. :embarassed: I'm just worried mostly about loose skin once I lose weight. I'm planning to be 100lbs lighter by next year and at my target BMI range, but I'm super…

  • It might be genetics in my family, but it's the genetics that make me prone to laziness, hehe. Seriously though? My dad is overweight, as is my mom, and so was my sister until grad school (she looks awesome now). I think I inherited the same body type as my mom, where all of my pudge plops itself firmly on my hips and…
  • I'm seriously arachnophobic, but that was hysterical!
  • I'll hop in to this! CW: 225 lbs May GW: 215 lbs UGW: 125-130 lbs
  • Oh, no, I don't consider that my "only exercise" at all. I've been walking at least half an hour every day to start (sometimes an hour if I go out), and I'm planning to build up to an hour, along with some more exercises such as weightlifting and more cardio. But no, I'm not -that- lazy, ha ha! I ended up with over 10,000…
  • I do work up a sweat working, and I'm more active than normal (I'm just starting my weightloss program, so I'm building up my exercise slowly instead of just jumping in and just exhausting myself and giving up), but it's not terribly difficult. It's just the length of time moving around in that way. It sounds like a hassle…
  • Yes, I understand it's work, considering it's my job. I am burning calories either way, and because I only work one day a week (to be honest, I wish I could do more), I don't know if I'm burning less because my body is used to working on Mondays, or if it's acting as though I'm working out for upwards of five hours.
