You look awesome! Great job! :D :flowerforyou:

You look great!

I'm already seeing results, and I'll be creating a picture of my first 10 days once they're up! I can see my bellybutton again! :flowerforyou:

You've been doing great, but everyone who said it's been right: You aren't eating enough. You need to eat AT LEAST1200cals a day, AND you need to eat back the calories you work out. Your body isn't getting enough nutrition. Cut the sodium down, add more water (tea works too, if you like it)! I'm kind of in the same boat…

From what I've divulged, you have to have very wide hips in order to have a thigh gap. By wide hips, I mean your bone structure. Some women have wider pelvic bones than others. I, for one, probably will never get a thigh gap because my hips are--bone-wise at least--pretty small. Also, photos can be deceiving. A lot of…

Try the punches! You stay fairly still, but you keep your heart rate up, AND if you keep your core tight, it really does work you out pretty well!

Whew, good thing I have 2 sports bras! I'l try that too. I decided to do jumpingjacks until just before they became too much, then buttkicked the rest of the way. As for weights, jillybean, I would try using just 1lb weights, or maybe even two bottles of water halfway full (not through, like I said before XD). I think the…

I count the 30 Day Shred as "Circuit Training, General. For C25K, I add up the minutes I walk (2.5 mph) and the minutes I run/jog (usually around 4mph) and log them separately.

I'm on Day 3 (restarting after the winter holidays)! Welcome to MFP! Trust me when I say this, you WILL see your endurance changing after a few days. As for Mountain Dew, I used to be super addicted to that, and all kinds of energy drinks. When I was in an art program, I spent a whole weekend awake and HIGHLY…

I don't think I'd ever do that. I usually research what restaurant I am going to, but if there's no info, I go anyway, do a rough estimate of calories, and maybe put in some extra effort in my workouts. :flowerforyou:

I'm stuck in my parent's house, so I eat what's available in the house. If I were getting more money, I would be able to buy my own food and groceries. But I'm getting 35$ a week (if I'm lucky--next week I'm getting 0 hours), and most of that needs to be saved (student loans, passport, etc.)

No one yet, but my dad will probably find some reason to be pissed off at me the instant he gets home...:indifferent:

You look great! You have really awesome dimples, too! Congratulations!

My partner is completely supportive of me, because they're working on losing weight too. The problem is my father. He acts like me wanting to work out, even when he's going to bed, is a huge..."thing" that he has to tolerate. I left my 30DS dvd in the basement (where I work out, also his "man cave") ONCE and it took me two…

The French word for grapefruit: "Pamplemousse!"

You look great! We have similar tummies, actually, so you're really inspiring to me! :D I'm hoping to get similar results! :)

This is exactly what I worry about. I don't want them to sag like empty satchels after I lose weight! Especially since I am currently looking for a full-time job with health benefits (best I've gotten is a "part time" job...if 5hrs/wk counts as that).

I'm currently a 42DDD, and I am hoping they'll shrink to DD-D range. I don't think that even at my GW they'll get much smaller than that. I'm just worried about whether they'll end up all "dangly" or something. :frown:

I have the opposite problem on weekends, it seems. I don't have the drive to eat then. It's really strange. :ohwell: It's the weekdays where I eat, and it seems on Mondays I eat the most. ??? I think I'm just weird.

The fact that I stopped during the first part of this journey, just because some anon poseur said some nasty things to me. I won't let that happen again. I'm beating this weight this year and proving all those f***ers wrong!

I've been told that I look like Hilary Duff and Emma Watson. I don't know if I believe the people who say this, but if it's true, I'd be really flattered!

Another I just thought of: "Not Afraid" by Eminem. "And I just can't keep living this way, so starting today I'm breaking out of this cage! I'm standing up, I'm gonna face my demons, I'm manning up, I will hold my ground. I've had enough, now I'm so fed up, time to put my life back together RIGHT NOW!"

Seriously? There is no "forcing" here. You gave in to peer pressure, you made the decision ultimately. One time isn't gonna ruin all of your hard work. Do an extra workout session and just start over. Take it a day at a time, you'll be all right.

When I'm angry, I tend to listen to songs that have a bit more of an anger or melancholy to them, but recently I dug up my J-Rock collection from highschool and early college. What helped me recently are "Ash" and "Oasis" by Gackt, "Feeling Fine" by L'arc~en~Ciel, "Kuroi Namida" by Anna Tsuchiya and "GLAMOROUS SKY" sung by…

I'm on the treadmill right now because it's really cold out, and I don't do well in the cold, but if I had my druthers, I'd be out walking the nature trails in the local park.

Wow, there are so many...! Makes me feel like a bit of a dork for not thinking about it. :embarassed: I'll check out those options! If things like Champion are sold in sports shops, I'll have to make a run out to my local mall. We have a ****'s (Edit: Wow, they really censored that out???) Sporting Goods, so maybe I'll…

Today I kept having to tug up my trousers at work today. :blushing: They aren't terribly loose to the point of falling down completely, but I'm starting to consider a belt for the first time since high school!

Mark Ruffalo (always takes spot #1), Adrian Brody, Koji Yakusho, Joanna Newsom, and Hanna Hall comprise my list!

Kelley, I love your hair and your eyes!

I only smoke very occasionally. I enjoy it when I do, but 1 pack can last me over two months, and sometimes, I just don't finish the thing and give it away to another smoker friend.
