I think I'm close to my UGW (at least my first one!)

I decided to take a picture today and compare it to previous pictures. The first picture is from 2005, but it's really where I was until around 2009 where I started to get serious about losing weight. After falling off for a while, I started again in late 2011 and though there have been ups and downs, I've lost almost 40lbs! I'm slowly coming up on 155lbs and I feel amazing. I've also started to run a lot more, finally being able to run a 9 minute mile (which I've never been able to do in my life). Anyway, here's the progress:
