Robin - Good idea! For myself the hot sauce is all I can handle. I'm a wuss when it comes to heat!

A recent favourite of mine has been about a teaspoon of lemon juice, 1/2 a teaspoon of pre-minced garlic, half a tomato (or whole, depending on the size. Probably around 3 Tbsp total), 2 Tbsp canned corn, and a dash of hot sauce. More of a salsa than a dressing I guess, but it's delicious!

I go in the early mornings before my classes (6:45 am). This way it doesn't matter how hectic my day is, because I've already done my workout before my day even starts. I also know I'll be far too exhausted to go at the end of the day.

I did the exact same thing yesterday. I had this craving for toast, so I had a piece, and once I started I couldn't stop. Anyways, like the other posters have said, bad days happen. We're human. We can't be 100% perfect all of the time. And sometimes it's fun to just be bad. This isn't something you're doing every day, or…

I'm lactose intolerant as well, and as a result have cut dairy completely out of my diet. When I discovered I was lactose intolerant I started tracking my calcium intake through MFP, and noticed I was only getting about 60 - 70% of what I needed. I started taking a vitamin (500 mg calcium with 125 IU Vitamin D) because I…

I'm in a similar situation. I'm a student and there are nights when I get home late after labs and just don't feel up to cooking. Currently in my freezer I have containers of veggie chili and veggie lasagna. I'm also planning to make and freeze split pea soup once I can find some decent ham.

Try gum. Like an earlier poster said, maybe your mind/mouth just want to chew. Gum gives you the chewing motion which helps your mind think you're eating, and that might satisfy your stomach till your next meal. Plus there's few to no calories Personally I can't stand gum, but I know people that do this and it works for…

I've started going for a quick 10 minute power walk during my lunch break (I only get 30 minutes). I'm finding it definitely gives me a burst of energy for the afternoon, and I'm not as exhausted when I get home either.

Definitely use quick rolled oats, not the large slow cooking ones. Those large oat pieces give the bars a very strange unpleasant texture. Also, I would increase the cinnamon to 2 tsp. Hopefully they taste better with those changes.
