It's def better but I guess I'm starting to notice that the general craving and lack of motivation is part of it all. It's a roller coaster and its gonna happen, I just have to keep fighting it!

I'm on week four. I started with a lot of shin pain but not anymore. I do have a track near me but prefer running on concrete. Track gives me more shin pain... is anybody else like that?
