I just heard the neatest idea for drinking more water the other day! Put some frozen fruit in your water!! You get to eat the fruit after your done!! Double bonus! Hope it helps! :smile:

I just did some serious damage at the thrift store! I was having the exact same " problem" So I pretty much got a whole new wardrobe from the thrift store so that when I shrink out of these I can donate them back and get a entirely new wardrobe for just as cheap! Prefect for work slacks and everyday jeans!!

I did P90X then Insanity. I feel as though P90X prepared me for Insanity. Weight training vs circuit training. I like them both for different reasons. I was looking at what to do next so thanks for posting! Good luck on finding what works for you!

No one is saying you shouldn't eat fruit. This is just a great way of knowing the sugar amounts in said fruits so you can make an educated choice on what fruit is best for you without having so much sugar that it would put you over. :) knowledge is power! Lol!
