Hey all, Im on my 3rd day of Insanity, love it!! P90X prepared me for the crazy!! I calorie cycle so I cannot imagine eating 1945 everyday!! I think losing weight is complicatedly simple! Its very easy to be healthy, its very hard to make it a lifestyle change. I just decided out of no where I was sick of it. I weigh every Friday and I 'gain' 0-3lbs during my cycle. At first I use to freak, now I expect it especially because it seems to come as fast as it goes. I did some research when I first started to notice. I read that a woman could gain up to 10lbs, I was like, that's the size of a baby!
