I agree, although I do wonder how they are going to do the marketing. It wouldn't be the usual ' Wear this fragrance and you to can look and feel like me' LOL. I do calorie cycling!! I love it!! I always say: change up your workouts, change your foods, change your calorie intake....daily!! Sometimes I go as high as 1850 and as low as 950, my calorie intake is supposed to be around 1200. Good luck on your fitness journey!

I think it depends on how your body is losing the weight, is it coming off in noticeable places? The people you want to notice, do you see them everyday?
