Just an update....I decided to nix the extra cardio and just stick to the body revolution program while eating around 1500-1600 and I'm seeing the scale go down. Slowly but surely and I'm okay with that. On a side note, my coworker noticed my weightloss and that made my day! Thanks everyone for the advice :)

I do really enjoy the program. I feel so much stronger and feel great after the workouts(although a little sore lol) I'm gonna try to just start weighing myself weekly again so I don't drive myself crazy again.

The thought of eating 1900 calories TERRIFIES me. I have some people telling me to eat 200-300 less and others saying eat 200-300 more. Ahhhhh lol. I updated my my profile to lightly active and it bumped up my calories to around 1300 ish. I know I can lose 2 pounds a week because I've done it before also around this weight…

I'm 5'10 and hovering around 197-198. Before I started this program I was eating 1200 a day....but then everyone says you should eat back some calories if you burn a decent amount. I might try hitting around 1300 instead of the 1500 I've been doing the past couple weeks and see if it helps.

I'm starting this Saturday so Sunday can also be my rest day, work out better for me. Would love to be buddies with everyone starting to keep each other motivated! :) I've been off the healthy bandwagon for a few weeks and have gained back some weight so I'm definitely ready to buckle down and GET THIS WEIGHT OFF.

Thanks guys! It feels great to finally hit that personal milestone. Never wanna see the 200's again! I wish I could hug Jillian Michaels....her DVDs did the trick for me! That and extra cardio and calorie counting of course. :)

I guess I don't know what to believe yet since pretty much everywhere I research says that the pill is not responsible for weight gain, but it's the increase in appetite...but then there's still women who swear it's just the pill itself. So who knows! But I didn't gain weight when I first started the pill a few months…

This makes me nervous! I'm about to switch birth control and I don't wanna gain weight. But I kinda heard that that's a myth. Are the hormones just giving you cravings to eat more or is it just the birth control itself that makes your weight go up?

I have one cheat day a week. But it's not the WHOLE DAY. I allow myself one kind of treat, and I get the smallest size(say a shake/ice cream/etc) OR if I go out to eat I'll just have a cheat meal. I usually do fridays or saturdays. But I still exercise and try to do extra that day if I can. It keeps me sane.

I've heard that too, that she says to do it every other day. But with so many people with successes doing it every day, I think I'm gonna stick to that. My muscles are sore but not so sore that it's painful to go every day. I think I can definitely add in some more cardio, might just do 30 min. on the elliptical and see…

I looked up the DVDs....DAMN they're expensive! I'm not sure I'm willing to drop money on that. Haha. I'm working on the 30 Day Shred along with cardio at the gym....I think instead of doing 30 min. at the elliptical, I'll do a 20 min. HIIT on the treadmill and see how that goes!

I'm the same way. I just don't EVER want pictures of me like this. Definitely pride issues for me haha. Unfortunately I can't burn the pictures from my sister's wedding when I was at my highest :/ They're pretty bad. I'll just have to hide those. lol.

I SO understand that. I know from previous experience that I won't be down a size until I hit the 20 pounds mark. Since I'm taller(5'10'') my weight spreads out more so I feel like because of that it takes longer to go down a jean size. So I really understand....but we'll get there! Just takes patience...it sucks waiting…
