steps calorie adjustment??
Okay so im just seeing this being added into my daily calorie intake as I take steps throughout the day. My question is.....is this being counted if im doing the treadmill and should I be adding the treadmill in too? Or is that just doubling up? Hope this makes sense.

Weight training apps...?
Does anyone know of any apps that show proper form for basic free weights and weight machines? I'm kind of a dummy when it comes to strength training and I need the basics for when I'm in the gym.

Okay, so I'm trying the 30 Day Shred again(first time I got 10 days in and then got really sick and gave up). What I want to know is for those of you who saw really good results, did you do extra cardio with it as well? Or just the DVD? I'm planning on doing it every day for 30 days....I'm kinda on a time crunch! haha.

Anyone have success with HIIT training??
Hey everyone, I've heard one of the fastest ways to burn of fat and help build muscle is HIIT training on the treadmill/bike/etc. Anyone have any success stories with that? I think I'm gonna try it today on the treadmill and see how it goes! :)
