So true! Positive thinking and the "I WILLs" instead of the "MAYBES" have definitely helped.

Oh, good to know!

Yeah, I've decided that seems to be the best route! I'm gonna go out tonight and buy measuring tape. I think that will definitely be a good way to keep track and not be discouraged by the number on the scale.

I have a work out shirt that seems to be a LITTLE looser but not a whole lot. My jeans still feel about the same but my legs(thighs and hips specifically) have always been my trouble spot!

I'm 5'10'' and my goal weight is 150. Slowly but surely I'm getting there! :)

It's been encouraging for me to see the number go down, but even if it was going down more slowly you have to remember that the 30 Day Shred builds muscle on top of burning fat. I flex my arms now and there's actually muscle building up. It's great. Now I just have to use that muscle to shred(pun intended) off the fat! :)…

That's AWESOME! So true, you definitely have to remember that muscle gain can make the scale number not go down as much...but you can def. tell the fat came off. Good for you! I'm on day 10 or 11 now of the shred. I've lost 6 pounds already...can't wait to see where I'm at on day 30! <3 Caitlin
