I don't usually do weight training days because I'm not sure what to do. I try to do pushups, situps, and crunches and planks 5 or 6 times a week. If I don't work out then I just feel lazy and sluggish, otherwise I would take a rest day.

Oh good idea! I haven't ridden a bike in a long time. Thanks! I try to exercise enough so that I can eat more. How much water should I be drinking? I try to drink as much as possible and that's basically all I drink, but I get kind of sick of it after like 4-5 glasses.

I will try eating more and I am hoping to save up money to buy some different exercise videos so I can change my routine, but right now I am stuck with running and zumba which I love. I don't know what other exercises to do to mix it up.

Alright thank you! No i usually go over like 10- 20 but i'm under my goals for everything else, for calories and fat and carbs. I just didn't no if it was counterproductive to eat over the protein limit or if it was okay.

Try a smoothie! that's what i drink everyday and I love it because it's refreshing and not too heavy for the morning plus filling :). I put in 1 medium banana, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 2 tbls flax seed powder, and about 3/4 cup organic carrot juice (with no sugar added). Ends up being about 297 calories :)

try using cauliflower for crust, i heard it tastes pretty good and you can't even tell it's cauliflower. Also use skim milk mozzerella and try to find a healthier sauce (I found a canned one that's 50 cals for 1/4 cup, all you need is about 1 cup and if you split it with someone else it's half cals) . you can try this one…
