i eat oatmeal, also try adding protein shakes or you can do yummy protein bars they have gluten free ones (the be kind bars are my fav. i think they are gluten free) also lots of snacks :) apple with hard boiled egg is my fav. you can also do cottage cheese or greek yogurt with some berries or nuts yum :)

yes lol! i need help. I tried new rules of weight lifting but i felt like i was doing the exercises wrong. Plus it's intimidating to be the only girl in the weights section.

it's not that i'm scared to do weights, it's that i honestly don't know what i'm doing. None of my friends would lift weights with me and I did buy a weightlifting book, but sometimes the exercises are kind of confusing. If I had someone showing me what to do/ going to do weights with me I'd be fine.

actually they can eat fruit (just try to monitor how much) and avoid any sugary beverages such as juice or soda. they can still eat carbs, but not too many as they turn into sugar. i'd say the breakfast sounds good but try to tone down the carbs since you have toast and cereal for breakfast i'd say pick one or the other…

i just did the color run and it was awesome . this upcoming weekend i'm doing the glow in the dark run which is a 6k so slightly farther than the color run.
