anyone have a good recipe for salad dressing??
i usually use some salt, pepper, rice vinegar, and olive oil but i tend to go too crazy on the olive oil otherwise i don't think it tastes good. does anyone have any good recipes for salad dressing that are healthy and not too high in calories??

is it bad to eat over your protein limit? usually i don't but every once in a while i do if i eat a lot of seafood or something like that. Does it do anything bad or is it ok?
