I need someone who can help me with weights, I just have no idea but i would like to do them a few times a week. I go to the buehler ymca in palatine, IL. I work a lot and go to school full time so it would have to be wednesday nights (around 5 or 6), Thursday nights (around 5 or 6) and possibly sunday mornings/ early afternoon if i'm not working.
