What are some good recipes that aren't too expensive to make, are tasty, not too many calories, and filling? i'm getting bored of eating the same thing everyday and i'm hoping for some recipes that will get me out of my rut.

  • I agree..skinnytaste.com I have been using that sight for 3 weeks and love it!!!!
  • These two are great, cheap to make and you can freeze the leftovers for later.

    Virtually Fat-free Delicious Banana Bread
    1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup splenda
    1-1/4 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 egg whites
    1 cup banana, mashed
    1/4 cup applesauce

    Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Lightly grease an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Add egg whites, bananas and applesauce; stir just until combined. Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean. Turn out onto wire rack and allow to cool before slicing.
    Servings Per Recipe: 10

    Calories: 104 per slice

    Crockpot Cheesey Chicken
    2 cans of Campbell's Healthy request Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 can of Cambell's Chedder cheese soup
    1 cup of water
    1 tsp of powder garlic
    4 frozen chicken breast (you can get these in a bag with usally 6 or 7 chicken breast in them)

    In a Medium to large crockpot place frozen chicken breast in the bottom. Next in a bowl or in the mix the Chedder, Cream of Chicken, Water and garlic togther. Pour over chicken and cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, depending on the temperature of your crockpot.
    Serve on rice or noodles
