I need to start doing more lunges! And I do the stepping game on Wii Fit but I doubt that's as intense as it should be. :P Thank you both so much! :)

Everyone who's posted, thank you again. :) I want to friend all of you!

♥♥♥ Keep on keeping on. It may have a stigma on it, like EDs do, but if we continue to let it be that, then nothing will ever be done about it. When people understand, there'll be more help. I know a girl on my tumblr who also suffers from an ED and she just got kicked out of recovery because her insurance ran out. This…

It's American I believe. Doesn't mean you can't show support otherwise, though! I have friends who write LOVE on their wrists and arms every time it starts to fade.

That may be true, but a week's worth of popular snack foods (at least in the US) cost just as much if not more than healthy things for meals in my experience. Why not save up the money you could waste on junk for things maybe a bit pricier but much more healthy...? I don't get it. You'll spend $5-$10 on liters of Coke and…

Yeah save money by using only the microwave but waste it all on expensive frozen crap. :P The only thing I microwave is my peanut butter because natural pb is impossible to spread when it's cold haha.

This is why building good diet habits are so important. Your kids might be skinny now, but if you teach them that cookies and cakes and potato chips are okay and keep them in the house, they won't be when they're in high school (what happened to me.) My 9 yo brother is unhealthily over weight and mom's all but pushed every…

hahahahaha omg the pizza thing. I laughed so hard when I read about that, but it's so sad that it's true! I never ever ate school pizza, it was way too greasy and gross! I doubt pizza as a vegetable is any better.
-
That's how I was in elementary! My mom was all by herself raising three kids but she still made us sandwiches and things, with occasional cookies and chips, but I was also in dance until I was fourteen so I guess it makes sense I was super skinny.
-
haha! the lady who checks me out at giant eagle every week told me she worries that i only ever buy fruit and tea.
-
this so much!! I was skinny as a rail at eight and I played video games and ate snack foods, so there's really no excuses. /: I have parents who come into where I work buying their pre-teen/teens snack foods and grease telling other people it's just baby fat. No, moms of the world, you just want an excuse.
-
I just don't understand why people fill their cupboards up with expensive snack foods, you know? Especially when they say they don't have enough money. Food stamps buy fresh vegetables too. My friend's mother is on disability and spends her entire check going to fast food restaurants, then complains about having no money…

I feel the same way about my mom and little brothers. /: She drinks diet soda, always has, but didn't bring us up on it! I would have been so much better off as a kid being given diet Pepsi. Definitely doing this with my kids.
-
Thanks. :) It seems like a load of crap when I did nothing but take pills and burn myself last night, but today's a new day right? I'm going to try my best.
-
Yeah that sucks. :( A few of my friends in school were like that. But they would buy cookies and desserts and sodas as extras (more expensive than teas and fruit extras) despite those not filling you up at all. Maybe I'm just paranoid, but it always made me uneasy when they were spending their parents little bit of extra…

As a poor college student, this is totally relevant. But I still buy fruits and veggies to snack on instead of chips and soda like my friends do. I'll splurge on coffees, but only if it's soy and sugar free.
-
Luckily for me in school they had MTO sandwiches. I'd get turkey with lettuce tomato and green pepper on wheat every day with a bottle of water. :) Much better than greasy pizzas and popcorn chicken!
-
I was watching Food Inc and the one family's excuse for buying crap was because it's cheaper than fruit and veg. Excuse me?? I don't know where you live but I can get a cart full of fruit and lean meats for under $30. They were buying 4 for $5 liter sodas!! Save $5 and drink water! Some people.
-
Good for you. :) I'm not at the point of having old scars without new ones, but on days like today I have more hope than ever.
-
If you eat crap, you'll look like crap. Solid truth.

I can't even pick a favorite line from A Clockwork Orange, but here's one. "Initiative comes to thems that wait."

You guys are awesome. :) I wasn't expecting anyone to respond like last month! ♥ Thank you for showing support for me and so many of my friends. It means way more than you think.
-
Definitely.

Awesome comments guys. :) This is what I'm doing along with my orange hoodie.

A butterfly for someone you know self harms, yourself, or someone who has committed suicide is also a way to show support.

You can do something simple, like wearing an orange ribbon, writing "LOVE" on your arms, or drawing an orange ribbon on your wrist with some marker. :)

It's a troll thread, dude. OP hasn't posted again since it started.

Seriously.

Where's the like button?

I swear by Zantrex-3 :) Blue bottle.
