  • only know a couple of mine. It is all just so encouraging hearing from others and reading everyone else's stories, trials, etc. This has definitely been the best tool for me!
  • I really try to stick to doing once a week, always in the morning on the same day. I think if you do it every day (which I have done and do get tempted) it just stresses you out. Just focus on eating right and exercising throughout your week and you'll see the reward the following week. You're not going to see anything…
  • There is also a site, geared more towards weight watchers but lists tons of restaurants (fast food and regular) and she puts all the points, nurtional info, etc. It has pretty much any restaurant, along with alot of other "diet" links on her site. dwlz.com (dotties weight loss zone)
