I'm currently at 197, my lowest weight, in high school was 122. Right now, my goal is somewhere in the 150's. I don't have a set weight. But I want something that I can maintain. I think a range is better than one set point.

It's good that you're taking it easy. Perhaps if you upped your fiber intake? I find eating high fiber foods really helps to fill me up.
