I do the same thing!! It helps a lot! I'm a snacker and if I don't portion it out for myself I end up eating a lot. Good luck!

I always get super hungry at night. It's the most annoying thing ever. I know not to eat but I always do. With joining this group i'm going to try and break the habit!!

That's my problem also. I have to keep motivated or I'll just sit on my butt on my days off. I'm off for four days and today is day one. I've been sitting here trying to get motivated and I think this post just did it haha!!!
