  • Day1 - I'm keeping it simple. Log it all! I'd like to stay in the green, but we'll see. I just changed my weight loss goal. It is always a bit of fun the first few days figuring out how much and what time to eat to stave of the hangry mom that can easily appear.
  • I usually have yogurt & a piece of whole wheat toast. Toast is easy and if you get the whole wheat, I find it to be much more filling and holds off other cravings until lunch. If there is a banana in the kitchen that is great too.
  • I very much agree. I've been doing this for 4 weeks. The first week was kinda rocky. We went on vacation, and 3 meals a day on vacation can be far too many calories or not filling at all. My husband and I started teaching Financial Peace University 1 week later and the similarities in my financial budget & my food budget…
