I never been good about drinking water but I've gotten better since working out regularly and counting calories. I fill in with Gatorade or Powerade or however it's spelled. However you spell them were on sale last week. Fifteen 32oz bottles for $10.00. I can easily polish off 1 & 1/2 daily. Makes drinking plain water…

I just reduced the amount I eat of specific items; such as bacon. Four slices three or four days a week were not a problem. Now I have one slice with whatever else I'm having for breakfast. I'm happy with minimum as opposed to none at all. It's working for me as is another example, coffee, cream and sugar each morning.…

I think eating what you like in smaller portions, with lower fat recipes and staying within your daily calories.
