From personal experience & research that I've done myself.. my advise is to do more cardio that is less intense, but more often. Rather than running full-tilt.. speed walk. That way you are burning calories without working your muscles out as hard. Do more cardio and less strength training. When you do strength training,…

For me I found sweetners as a great way to trick my sweet tooth. Instead of grabbing cookies or something I'd regret I simply put on the kettle and added half a sweetner. :)
