According to the charts I have 100lb to lose. I'd like to be about 160-165. Of course if I ever get down that far I may want to go lower who knows. My simple go to is boneless skinless chicken breasts with fat free Italian dressing, add water to cover. Cook on low all day or high for a few hours. You can serve this any way you want.
