  • Hello, yellow team! Are you all still here? Two more days till weigh in! I've had a good week. I got a fitbit, and it has really motivated me to walk more, even at my sedentary desk job. My goal is 10,000 steps a day.
  • I just got a fitbit zip. It tracks steps and calories burned and syncs with MFP, but not sleep. I love it so far. There are no additional costs unless you want to sign up for premium (I didn't). When I do my workouts, I wear my heart rate monitor and plug my calories burned into MFP and the fitbit updates automatically.
