I'm constantly walking, lifting and bending at work also, sometimes for 10 to 12 hours at a time. Guess I'm a little masochistic because I started running last October. The difference in my energy level and the ease of performing my job now have made it worth it.

Widen your stance at first until you get the feel of things. Over time, you can bring your feet closer to shoulder width if you feel the need to. Also, make sure your feet are turned out some, not pointing straight ahead.

For me, personally, it's a hell of a lot easier to keep my eating in check if I'm not craving sugar all of the time. Eating low carb does that for me.

It took me 60 lbs to lose 9 inches from my waist, about 7 months to lose the 60 lbs.

Incredible job! You lost 10 years along with the weight!
-
About 30lbs in before anyone noticed and said something although I was told by a male co-worker that he had noticed at about 20lbs but didn't say anything out of fear of being accused of looking LOL. As far as clothes, I had some smaller sizes but I quickly shrunk out of those. Thrift stores are my friends!

The scene with the asian girl and the flail was just flat out phenomenal!

Yeah and that I'll only lose water weight this way, that I won't lose any real fat. Yep, I've lost 58 lbs of water weight~

Stomach bug? Lots of those going around.

Hang in there, I've stalled out for a few weeks at a time and then whoosh! lost 5-10 very quickly. Weight loss is not linear, but does move in a downward trend.

Went to the gym this morning and logged everything. Only over by 275 so I'm calling today a success!

Just got back from the gym. The extra $10 a month I pay for 24 hour access has been well worth it! Been hitting it at 3:30 am 2 days a week before work also. Was kind of surprised that there were so many people there. The gym is located very close to a college campus and a lot of students have memberships. I guess not…

A 2014 Nissan Versa Note after the first of the year. Still saving up for the sales tax~

If you lower your calorie intake to around 1500, your protein intake will be around 105 or so and fat intake will be close to it. The macro settings I gave you are standard for keto but can stand to be tweaked a little. A diet with 35% protein is unlikely to be converted to glucose but check with your doctor, not just some…

^This and unfortunately, MFP doesn't inform you when someone replies to your posts. I wish it did.

The macro change will up your protein limit some. Use it, it will help you keep from feeling so hungry. I would also suggest dropping your calories to around 1500. Looks to me like you're eating at maintenance, not at a deficit. I eat something about every 3 hours or so. You can check out my diary. Been doing this for 7…
-
So you're saying I've lost 58 lbs of temporary water weight? Ok...
-
Try resetting your macros to 5% carbs, 30% protein and 65% fat. Also, as long as your showing ketones, the level doesn't really matter. From looking at your diary. you may be eating too many calories. How tall are you and what's your current weight?
-
Invest in a digital food scale. Weigh and log EVERYTHING that you eat. Simple.

a 5000 BTU air conditioner and an average human brain, probably mine~

Meh, boring,,,

Calories worked in v6 but couldn't get the weight data. No calories in v9 and none of the weight import works. The third button won't even let me log into MFP, just runs a xml code string. The 2nd button just hangs and the 1st does nothing.

I'm getting an error that says macros are corrupt...the popup never comes up at all. Office 2007 and I have IE 10.

Very nicely done! Getting close to switching from losing to recomp. Just changed my training routine to reflect that.
