Ug...I know how you feel! Its a horrible feeling and it makes you want to give it all up. You just fell off the wagon....get back up and carry on. You can do this. (oh...and stay away from that scale...measure your success in a different way. Like "today I met my calorie goal".)

Welcome! I have found this site extremely useful for tracking my food intake. It was very eye opening to see how horrible my eating habits were. My only advice to you is to not go crazy with your goals. You did not gain weight overnight so you are not going to lose weight overnight. Best of luck to you on your journey!
