I know it's hard. I used to have soda in the place my meals. But I've come quite a way since then lol. Kicked the habit around mid-January and I MAY have had 5 sodas between now and then. Just hang in there, you won't even miss em!

Hey!!! Coming from a fellow grad student taking a FULL , it's extremely challenging, but I've come to find that the boost of energy working out gives me just what I need to get through my assignments. I'm only 5ft 6in, but I have over 100 pounds to go. So this is what motivates me most. adding you also :-)
