Just started a business venture, hoping it to be a success! I'm a consultant for Bedroom Kandi Boutique Parties. This job is just a side street for me, I'm a semi-broke graduate student without a full-time job, so the revenue from sales will definitely suffice :-) ...until I start my career.

Girl you can get that weight off and keep it off this time. I believe in you. The work and managing food might be hard, but the results are sooooo worth it. Let's do this!

No goal in mind, just want to retain as much as possible, but I've been known to hack it all off without a thought. I've always had long, thick hair, so at this point I don't have any attachments to my hair. BUT I'm just hoping I won't just up and cut it, I'm excited to see how long it will grow.

I'm not expert on the matter, but your body is going to burn the BMR calories regardless of working out. The calorie readings from the HRM or MFP are just that, the amount of calories burned in that time frame. veeeerrryyyyyy interesting question though.

Hi Jamie! Girl I tip my hat to you for having and handling two pair of twins! Girl I'm always willing to lend a helping hand in inspiring and motivating others. I know how hard and discouraging this journey can be when you don't have that added motivation to push you. If you'd like to, please add me. I TRY to post as much…
