I bought the 30DS a few months back for myself, but never made it more than day 11 or 12. Just last month, my husband decided that he wanted to give it a shot. I'm going to try doing it for 30 days straight too. I also go to the gym & do the elliptical 4-5 days per week for about 45 minutes per day. So, I am doing this to tone & supplement my cardio at the gym.

I started today. OMG!! I got through about 10-12 days back in April, then stopped. This is just as hard to start again!!! Whew!

I have been making the Skinny Taste low fat buttermilk ranch dressing. I use it on salads & for dipping veggies. It's only 52 calories for a 1/4 cup, and it's delicious!

I just started this today, after hearing rave reviews all over MFP. I go to the gym 5 days/week, so I am using this in addition. I did enjoy the work out today, although my arms were really tired about halfway through! Good luck!!

I'm currently on week 5 of c25k. My first 5k is on June 23rd. I have been struggling with week 5 for two weeks because I keep getting sideaches. Feel free to add me as a friend too! We can motivate each other!

Yeah, I got them too the first few days. I was taking ibuprofen a few times a day when it got really bad. After 3-4 days, I was ok. Thanks for the encouragement everyone!!! :smile:

I am currently in week 4 of the couch to 5k program, and I am IN LOVE!! I have never been a runner before, but there's just something about this that makes it fun & exciting for me. I would definitely recommend!! Good luck!!
