  • Hi, I love hot yoga and feel so refreshed afterwards. I have calculated by caloric burning as high as 600 calories in an hour and a half period sometimes. This is during hot yoga vinyasa. I feel like I get a better work out then I do from kickboxing and that says I burn more. Its probably just because of the heat though.…
  • Thanks guys I appreciate your feedback. Glad you overcame that. I talked to one of the doctors I work with and he said its good to limit your calorie intake or even fast before starting a healthier way of life. I think I overeat too much to ever become anorexic.

  • Exactly-it is a fad diet meant to kick start weight loss, hardly any if any cardiac labs implement it. That is just what it says in the explanation.
  • Ya, I am thinking the high protein/low carb way is a winner, after I get my jump start. I've lost an inch on my bust and two on my tummy 1 on my hips so far and I am fitting into my medium scrubs today so I do not think it is just water weight although it does say the first week you do it it is mostly water weight you lose.
