well i would see myself as eating pretty clean and still be able to eat within my daily limit of calories. i like my veggies and meat.

i have my breakfast arount 8 in the morning. either yoghurt with psyllium husks and berries or pumpernickel with ham/omelette. last meal depends if i go to the gym or not. if i go i eat around 9 in the evening otherwise around 6.

i struggle with the water too, but having a big jug in the fridge with sliced lemon/lime or some mint helps. u can even try cucumber if u are into that stuff :)

i would stick to veggies and lean meats all days of the week. add some fruit and berries but a day with just fruit sounds like a bad idea...

i thought the calorie value for them was pretty good.. isnt it like 130 calories in 100grams? one plantain is about 100g and that fills me up if i have it with some meat and salad./

true about the frying.. maybe i should bake/grill them in the oven, its almost the same thing.
