sometimes I do late workouts too and don't feel very hungry afterwards but I feel like I need to eat something. so I mix casein with a bit of soy milk to make a casein pudding. its filling and pretty tasty.

im not much for alcohol but if i do have something it would be a white dry wine or possibly rose. if i could i would have yummy cocktails but thats not a option anymore.

if it hurt that much i would try to rest until the pain goes away and just settle with the walking for a while. if u still want to workout you can focus on upper body and lift some weights in the gym or maybe go for a swim...thats what i would do hope you feel better soon xx

im not that hungry today so just a curry and a rice would be enough.. but i pbly go for the sushi it feels lighter and i have about 850 calories left to eat. i guess ill add both and see whats the best option.

i use whey protein and whey diet protein from myprotein.co.uk. their prices are not to bad and they have lots of different flavours including plain whey.

would you be able go for a powerwalk or do some classes in the gym or just exercise at home? then you can have some unexpected treats now and then without feeling bad about it.

i eat 1200 calories but the days i exercise my net calories usually dont go over 600-900 calories.

i think its important to introduce weights while u are loosing weight. that way u will hopefully not have much loose skin when you reach your goal and having a strong body is important too, it will improve your posture. you seem to be doing well with your cardio so put in 20min weights when u go to the gym, either that or…

45g of protein sounds too little.. i adjusted mine and i try to eat atleast 100-150g protein everyday. but then i do quite alot of weightlifting and lots of cario.
