Advice on how to increase daily calories

I am on phase 3 of the HCG diet where I have to eat at least 1800 calories a day to maintain my weight.

However, I am REALLY struggling with this. I am averaging about 1200 - 1300 calories per day and I'm loosing weight which I don't want to do. I just can't eat any more food than I already am.

I have included about 30g of nuts a day to push the calories up but any other suggestions of high calorie foods/meals that are healthy and will help me maintain my weight.

I'm currently trying to gain ~5 lbs. and my daily calories are now around 2200.

I'm eating the same things just more of them - more oatmeal, cottage cheese, milk, etc.

But a quick way to get some calories is eating things like: nuts, peanut butter, avocado and evoo on salads.

I had the same issue, but I didn't do the HCG things, what I did was add an extra 100 to 200 cals per meal. I know it sounds like bs help, so let me add what I added. I would add a protein bar at lunch about 200 cals and 15 g of Protein, added a fruit at bfast, added greek yogurt to my 3 oclock snack. right there is about 400 calories, and I added a greek yogurt and high protein cereal as dessert after dinner and there is another 300 plus cals.
